The problem
Too much time was being spent managing memberships, payments and administration across separate systems.
What I did
Created a unified platform covering memberships, payments, attendance, communication, online sales and club management.
Where it is now
Increased student recruitment, improved retention, streamlined administration, generated additional revenue streams, and gave instructors more time to focus on teaching rather than paperwork.
