The problem
Many martial arts clubs rely on a mix of spreadsheets, payment systems, messaging apps and websites, creating unnecessary admin and fragmented member experiences.
What I did
Designed and developed the full platform architecture, including member portals, instructor tools, grading management, class scheduling, payment processing, website generation and club administration workflows.
Where it is now
Delivered a single system that streamlines club operations and improves the experience for members, parents and instructors.
